OneRehab specialises in Injury Management services for insurers, rehabilitation, and healthcare service providers in Sydney, NSW. The company is passionate about collaborating with stakeholders to offer positive rehabilitation experiences and achieve successful outcomes. OneRehab also provides support and training for Rehabilitation, Allied Health peers, and Industry Professionals to enhance services and improve patient/client experiences.

Role Description

This is a Full Time hybrid role for an Injury Management Advisor in the Compulsory Third Party scheme. Our client is an International Insurer.

This is a very rewarding role as you can the opportunity to have a positive influence and impact on individuals who have sustained an injury following a motor vehicle accident.

Responsibilities

  • Review Treatment, Rehabilitation and Care needs to support an individual's recovery progress
  • Support, coach and upskill claims team to effectively manage injuries and guide them to best practice claims management
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including medical and rehab professionals to assist with the recovery progress
  • Implement strategies for successful return to work and function
  • Understand and apply legislative requirements

Qualifications / Skills

  • Previous experience and qualifications in injury rehabilitation or allied health. Experience in CTP or Insurer setting is preferred
  • Leadership skills including coaching/training ability
  • Strong Communication skills with ability to engage and have a positive influence
  • Exceptional time management
  • Positive attitude, able to work collaboratively and in a team
  • Strong customer service

This role is primarily located in Parramatta, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work.
