**Your new role**
This newly created role within our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) business helps drive growth strategy by building our ESG and Energy Transition brand internally and in the external marketplace, helping to create and maintain a favourable ESG image for the organisation.

External communications
- With the support of the broader communications team, implement the communications plan, including seeking opportunities for leaders, technical specialists, projects, and teams to be profiled and celebrated in the industry.
- Help identify thought leadership, social media and other communication methods.

Internal Communications
- With the support of the broader communications team, lead and support internal communications campaigns to support engagement on ESG and Energy Transition specific initiatives and change priorities.

Marketing
- With the support of the broader ANZ marketing team, help identify new opportunities and drive positioning activities to build our profile in this space.
- Methods for positioning and developing brand may include developing and driving usage of appropriate tailored marketing collateral, identifying and driving key events, coordinating relevant sponsorships and memberships.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 4+ years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably with experience in professional services.
- Any background or demonstrated interest in ESG will be well regarded.
