What will your day look like?
**As a Functional Consultant, it will be your responsibility to**:
Collaborate with Global Digital Employee Experience Leaders and Global Talent Management & Learning SMEs to support business process improvements and functionality enhancements related to data.
Review and assess changes in the HR stack and determining how to deliver those changes.
Enable the data model supporting the T&C team in these areas.
Work on HR continuous improvement projects, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, training, and end-user support.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal technology partners to architect technology solutions based on industry best practices needed to drive business alignment.
Recognize available options and select the appropriate course of action to continuously improve solutions and delivery processes with the highest business value. Proactively identify, resolve, or bring up issues, concerns, and impediments to get the project developed with efficiency and maximum effectiveness.
Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.
Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality.
Establish project management discipline and governance processes to support initiatives end to end, from project planning through testing to delivery, to ensure a successful end-user experience for all new deployments and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors and integrations.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
Certification in HRSD Implementation required
Moderate experience with HR data and technology across various functional process areas
Moderate experience in leading teams in SaaS/Agile product life cycle development.
Experience as an HR Functional Consultant in Data and Reporting
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Service Now, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) reporting capabilities and tools
Experience in defining and driving Data Governance and Reporting strategies and technical enablement of the defined strategies.
Previous consulting experience working with global companies / Exposure to Internal project work.
Organized, self-motivated, highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and strongly desires to embrace change and solve problems.
Extensive Implementation / Support experience in HR Service Delivery Module within ServiceNow
