**Bartender**

Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for experienced charismatic bartenders to join **Bistecca.**

**About the Venue**:
The Bistecca experience begins by pulling up a stool or a candle-lit table in the old-world, wood-panelled cocktail bar, stocked with amaro from across the world, including our Four Pillars classic Negroni. Moving into the intimate 50-seat restaurant, you’re greeted by refined Tuscan hospitality. From the table, take in our famous Bistecca butcher’s block and open hearth, which fills the dining room with timeless warmth. The space then flows to a bottle-lined enoteca (wine room) available for private dining.

Bistecca is fast paced, though our guests are met with a warm, timeless and nostalgic feeling, that is sincere and welcoming. We want them to feel comfortable, and still have a sense of the raw, rustic, and a little bit of cheek

**About the Role**:
You’ll be reliable, efficient & charismatic amongst the rousing and buzzy atmosphere of one of our dining rooms, with the adaptability to move from a bartender to host when the need is there. Experience in a busy and energetic restaurant bar is preferred.

You’ll be focused on our guests the moment they walk through the door and join a team that understands the importance of teamwork, adaptability & guest experience.
