Liquid & Larder are currently searching for a casual, yet experienced **Barista** to join our team at **Bar Julius**for approximately 20 hours a week.

**About The Venue**:
Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner.

Bar Julius is The Eve’s European-inspired lobby bar. A welcoming and vibrant hub that caters to every taste—open early and up late, from caffeine to cocktails served alongside all-day bistro classics. It’s your place to settle in and reset.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages in line with Bar Julius standards.
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
- Ensure all coffee equipment, machinery, and work areas are maintained, cleaned, and operating efficiently.
- Support team development through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing.
- Work effectively within both service and prep operations.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the role and wider team.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Barista in a quality-focused café or hospitality environment.
- A confident, calm, and professional demeanour under pressure.
- A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and early mornings.
