Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing bar operations, including stock management, cleanliness, and tidiness.
- Crafting unique and innovative cocktails to delight our guests.
- Ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Training and supervising bar staff to maintain excellence.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop beverage menus and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
- Proficient in stock management and maintaining bar hygiene standards.
- Expertise in creating and executing cocktail recipes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
