**Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Location: Melbourne**

**Experience: 4 to 6 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use advanced sourcing strategies, including **job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean searches, to attract top technical talent**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs
- **Coordinate and participate in technical interviews** and post-interview evaluations
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive recruitment strategy

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience**:4 - 6 years of experience** in **technical recruitment or talent acquisition**:

- Familiarity with **IT and technical roles**, including **software development, cloud technologies, and DevOps**:

- Proficiency in using tools like **LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean searches, Keyword search**:

- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage recruitment timelines effectively
