
Digital Marketing Manager, Anz

**The Position**
You will partner with the business units to support and execute Organon ANZ’s digital marketing strategy, as well as lead the delivery of its priorities.
You will play a key conduit role with the AP cluster to identify and drive synergies, ensuring integration and coordination for AUS specific projects and initiatives.
You will help drive new ways of reaching and interacting with internal and external partners through digital channels.
**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Strategy**
- Partner with the business units on the digital marketing strategy across ANZ channels working closely with brand teams.
- Collaborate with AP cluster stakeholders to synergise and deliver workflows and build cluster capabilities.
- Partner with and support marketing teams to develop digital media and PR Plans (SEO, SEM, paid digital media advertising campaigns).
- Develop HCP & consumer omnichannel journeys.
- Digital analysis and optimisation responsibilities.
- Track and analysis data related to digital marketing activities
**Digital Project execution**
- You will deliver end-to-end strategically aligned projects from concept to delivery, ranging from digital brand campaigns to Organon enterprise projects.
- You will assume the responsibility of leading the cross functional team and managing projects to deliver successful outcomes. This will include ‘hands-on’ activities, as well as collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Broad responsibilities include functional, technical & creative support.
- Maintain high compliance standards across omnichannel assets in line with local policies, guidelines and relations including Medicines Australia Code of Practice.
- You will implement metrics to track progress and impact.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience either in previous corporate roles, or marketing agency roles
- Brand marketing or creative agency experience (preferred)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (or equivalent) (preferred)
**Skills & Competencies**
- Broad digital marketing strategy & execution skills, including both technical & creative
- Strong stakeholder management skills, effective communicator within and above market and at varying levels of complexity
- Strong project management, highly organized, and with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with data to inform action, track progress and determine next steps.
- Tertiary degree or qualifications in digital marketing
