Provide outstanding customer experience to uniforms customers and internal stakeholders by operating as a key internal administrative contact. Investigate and resolve escalated queries from sales and customer service teams to support the growth and ongoing improvement of the uniforms business.

**Position Description**:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders as escalation contact for CS operations
- Provide feedback and insights to both WWG sales teams and customer service agents to ensure 2-way communication and collaboration is constant and encouraged.
- Monitor service levels and instigate investigations and quality analysis to ensure customer satisfaction levels are consistently met
- Analyse data, collaborate and engage with stakeholders and customers to instigate and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Be responsible for maintaining and developing all standard operating procedures for Uniforms customer service teams 6. Create training documentation in written, visual and oral formats to support new and updated standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the development and execution of WWG's customer service / experience strategy Batch, palletise and load orders and consignments for delivery according to standard operating and safety procedures.
- Strong passion for excellent customer service Problem solving and natural curiosity to improve ways of working
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at both agent and executive level
- Influencing capability - management of internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers Attention to detail
- An interest and appreciation of data and analytics

Ability to challenge and negotiate best outcome
