**About the Role**
We are seeking Guest Services Hosts to join the Guest Services team at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. We have a mixture of casual, part time and full time positions available

As a Guest Services Host, you are the first impression of the world-famous SEA LIFE Melbourne.

Providing world class customer service, you will be a friendly face on our admission tills as well as being a knowledgeable guide at major touch points throughout the aquarium. We are looking for positive, energetic team players who are calm under pressure and are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience to all guests who walk through the door

Further responsibilities include:

- Successful operation of all ticketing and admission facilities
- Engaging customer service as a guide across specific areas of the aquarium
- Successful operation of our 4D cinema
- Providing world class customer service to all our guests
- Upselling our guests on unique experiences and add-ons as part of your admissions responsibilities
- Duty Management shifts where required

**Please note** that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability.

**About You**

In addition, you are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport across the business. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are desired.
