**About the Role**

We are currently looking for permanent part time Commercial Hosts (to work across both F&B and retail) to join our team As a Commercial Host you will be responsible for the delivery of friendly, attentive and effective service to the guests of SEA LIFE Melbourne. You will lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service at all times to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.

Your duties include but are not limited to: maximising all sales within the department outlets, stocking the outlets to maximise best product sales, using up-selling and promotional tools provided, meeting daily tasks and sales targets set by management, ensuring cleanliness of outlets and surrounding areas, preparing food, coffees and more.

Barista experience and catering experience highly regarded.
