**About the Role**
Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you will provide support 5 people with disability living in shared housing in Chifley who have a love for music (think Australian Rock, Missy Higgins, Cold Chisel and John Farnham)
- **43 hours per fortnight**- Week 1: Wed 2:30-8pm and Thu 4:30-11:30pm
- Week 2: Tue 2:30-8pm, Fri 6am - 3pm, Sat 9am - 4pm and Sun 11am - 8pm
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
- Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
- Maintain thorough record keeping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Advocate for client choice and control
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with people with disability
- Passionate about providing active support
- Previous experience in providing personal Care
- Manual handling and mobility support experience
- Understanding of behaviours of concern
- An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
