Review and implement improvement to existing policies. Analyse current customer service policies and procedures and operations to identify strength and weaknesses.
- Develop after sales strategies, focusing on customer satisfaction and promotion after sales services. This includes managing Tool Calibration activities and reminders.
- Managing, inspiring and advancing team members to deliver customer service. Including motivating personnel and setting clear expectations for performance within the team.
- Coordinating with our national branches, distributors and customers to identify and satisfy customer expectations.
- Oversee workshop administration duties, provide general support including preparing reports, generating quoting and responding to customer inquiries.
- Evaluate and manage tool repair quotes to ensure they are processed in a timely manner, facilitating efficient repairs and minimising downtime.
- Oversee NATA laboratory job Management compliance industry standards and effective service delivery to customer.
- Facilitate the timely ordering and delivery of parts for tool repairs to minimise downtime and main service quality.
- Provide logistics support to ensure seamless operations and perform other duties as assigned by the State Manager.

Skills and Experience required for the position
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role
- Relevant education or experience in lieu
- Ability to implement customer service strategies
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Analytic skills
- Organisation and time management skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
