**About the role**
To support our aggressive future growth strategy, Micro-X is looking for a highly experienced, highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Medical industry, demonstrated extensive experience in a startup or scale-up environment, extensive international experience in a leadership role, and a history of Sales & Revenue Growth to join our Leadership
Team.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in senior leadership roles within a high growth environment in the medical industry.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the global commercial strategy for each business unit in line with

**Micro-X's corporate objectives**
- Build strong relationships with key customers (including end-users) to build effective launch plans and long-term growth strategies.
- Devise a pricing strategy to optimise the benefits of disruptive technology and track targets.
- Direct the development and implementation of sales & marketing strategies, activities, and promotions.
- Drive the establishment of customer relationship management processes, metrics, and systems.
- Establishment and management of the Sales & Marketing team(s) to support the appropriate route to market.
- Support product development and program prioritisation with market analysis and feedback.
- Work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute corporate strategy.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline (Business, Marketing, Engineering etc).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing Sales & Marketing teams.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Senior Leadership on a global level.
- Demonstrated experience in growing Revenue.
- Demonstrated experience in managing P&L.
- Demonstrated team management experience.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment preferred.
- Experience in the Medical industry.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
