**GSA - Part Time / Casual**
La Loft Hotel, We are seeking experienced Guest Service Agent’s to join our team at our newly built 4.5 star, 88 room Hotel complex in the Tonsley Innovation Precinct. This position is suitable for someone with experience in a hotel or related field. We are looking for someone that can work 16 to 38 hours per week. Shifts will generally fall between 7am & 11pm weekdays and weekends.
Role Involves:
- Welcoming all guests entering the Hotel
- Creating accommodation reservations and assisting with travel details
- Accommodating to guest needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining guest confidentiality
- Conduct self in a friendly and attentive manner
- Assisting all departments in the Hotel as required
- Answering phone call enquiries while attending front desk
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail, organisational skills and exceptional time management
- Ability to problem solve, work under pressure and deal with busy periods, including being unsupervised
- Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience with RMS or a similar PMS not essential but will be highly regarded
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Good local knowledge of Adelaide and local surrounds
- Be self-motivating and enjoy working both autonomously and in a team
- Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service
- Ability to listen to instruction and follow require procedures
- Have your own transport
- Willing to be cross trained in all departments of the hotel
