A great opportunity for a legal Assistant / PA / Secretary with experience in IP, Patents or Trademarks. Our clients are highly reputable firms that are known to be the best to work for in the market.

You will work closely with some of the best Partners and Attorneys in this field. In this role you will work with multinational corporates, listed companies and start-up companies.

Duties will include:

- Typing and collation of various legal documents
- Involved in a full range of Patent matters
- File and diary management (including travel bookings)
- Other administrative tasks as required

To be successful in these roles you will have a committed and proactive approach to your work and will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- First class organisational and communication skills
- At least 12 months experience in Patent / IP
- Accurate typing, spelling, grammar and proof reading skills
- A committed, proactive and service orientated approach to work
