A 3-Month Service Desk Analyst role with a well established defence organisation.
**Your new company**
This well-established organisation currently has an excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their supportive and technically skilled team. You’ll join the Defence industry working on long-term projects.
**Your new role**
You will provide first level IT support and customer service to internal staff. You will handle IT incidents and requests, install and maintain IT equipment and software, and support users on IT systems. Main duties and responsibilities as as below.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to second level support or vendor.
- Record and document all IT incidents and requests using IT service management system.
- Provide remote and in-person IT support to users across various locations.
- Install, update and troubleshoot software and hardware.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in providing first level IT support and customer service.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools, such as ITIL and ServiceNow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and customers.
