**The Role**

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is passionate about content, media, strategy and most importantly data-driven campaigns.

You will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of digital media campaigns, including responding to campaign briefs, gathering of assets, trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign QA and reporting.

You are organised, efficient and can handle numerous tasks across a broad range of campaigns.

The roles key objectives include:

- Planning & execution of multi-channel campaigns predominately social media, supporting in social buys: buying and implementation of multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Manage media plan: work closely with the Client Services Manager and social media team to gather social campaign briefs, update tracker, provide media recommendations and implement social best practice campaigns
- Manage campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, reporting and insights. This includes identifying trends/learning’s for future opportunities
- Present plans and strategies that support the overall business objective and define the role of channel with the planning team

**About you**
- 3+ years in social and/or digital media trading in either agency or client side
- Strong experience in Facebook and Instagram
- Successfully deliver campaigns on time and to budget
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with clients or internal stakeholders
- Have the ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly
- Hold an understanding of online trends and have experience in developing digital strategies and communications programs
- Demonstrate strong and effective decision making skills
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
- Experience with MS Office or Google Workplace (particularly Excel and/or Google Sheets)
- Desirable _
- Proven ability to learn at a fast pace
- Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service
- Experience with Facebook Marketing Partners
- Experience with other social channels e.g. Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok etc
