**About us**

No Limits Sports (NLS) is the leading provider of sports coaching in Australia. It has a proven track record of success across a wide range of sports and activities. We cater for all age groups and all abilities. We cater for all sports in all locations nationally.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to come on board one day a week (potentially for an additional half or full day) to help drive our digital marketing. We need someone with experience in creating EDM's working with Mailchimp, Canva etc to design and implement marketing campaigns nationally across Australia. NLS uses the sporting calendar for specifically tailored marketing to attract new business to the organisation and this role is key in continuing to grow the NLS brand.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience with Mailchimp (template creation, audience management etc)
- Proven success in running digital campaigns and driving measurable growth
- An understanding of Sports Marketing
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and advanced analytics software
- Use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with CRM and a solid knowledge of CMS systems

**Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director)**
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive growth
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise the marketing funnel for acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Provide insights and recommendations to align marketing with business goals
- Plan, implement, and optimise paid campaigns
- Map the customer journey, identify weaknesses, and develop cohesive marketing strategies.
