**The role**

Crown Sydney has a newly created opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. Crown Resorts offers a fast paced, highly interactive environment where guest satisfaction and a luxury experience is paramount. As a Duty Manager, you'll be key in ensuring that hotel operations are delivered with a high level of excellence, whilst working collaboratively with the Valet Parking, Housekeeping and Concierge teams.

Your presence and responsibility as a senior leader will include guiding and supporting your team in their day-to-day tasks, resolving issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner, and ensuring that our guests enjoy elevated experiences during their visit to Crown Sydney.

**You'll have**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume, front office operation
- Opera Property Management Systems experience will be highly regarded
- A strong customer orientation with ability to anticipate the needs of guests & promptly manage guest enquiries
- Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas
- Ability to coach, inspire and mentor your team
- Strength in working under pressure whilst managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication with strong resolution and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Forbes star rating will be advantaegous
