**The Opportunity**

Nestled within 42 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in the leafy suburb of Ashmore, The Domain Country Club is a resort-style community that is home to 370+ independent living units and apartments. Working within our Apartments Building, we have a rewarding opportunity for a 'Service Coordinator' to join our team. In this role, you will be a true 'all-rounder', providing service to residents, responding to any incidents & queries and ensuring the entire building is running smoothly, all day long

Our Service Coordinators spend time serving morning teas & lunches, responding to first aid emergencies, completing admin tasks, hosting activities, helping in the kitchen and anything else that comes up **If** you enjoy being hands-on, having variety in your day and are passionate about seniors, this is a perfect opportunity for you.**

**This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm**

**You will**
- Provide support and coverage to kitchen staff to ensure a smooth lunch service
- Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with any resident requests
- Coordinate fun, social and inclusive activities for the residents
- Complete general domestic cleaning common areas
- Be prepared to jump in and help on-the-floor

**What you will bring**
- Experience in any customer-facing roles highly desired (e.g. hospitality, retail, aged care, cleaning or administration)
- A warm & friendly personality that has the ability to work autonomously
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or be willing to obtain prior to employment)
- Current Police Check Certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you)
- Two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
