An opportunity exists for a dedicated **Retirement Village Coordinator **to join our team and support the Elston Lodge within the Domain Country Club community. You'll be a reliable and proactive team member and have a customer-orientated approach to your work, while ensuring you are delivering high-quality service to the residents.

**About the role**:

- This is a casual role, assisting our team with planned and unplanned leave.
- Casual loading, penalty rates and sleepover rates apply, shift depending
- Provide administrative support to our Apartments Team
- Assist with domestic cleaning duties around the premises to ensure a safe & secure environment
- Organise social activities for the residents
- Be on-call to attend to any resident incidents
- Be flexible with rostering and shift arrangements as we staff our communities 24 hours a day

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Experience in Administration, Domestic Cleaning and/or working in Retirement Communities (desired)
- Current First Aid, CPR & Police Check certificate (required or be willing to obtain)
- Intermediate user of the Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible with rostering arrangements as there may be **on-call night shifts involved**:

- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
