**About the Roles**
- This opportunity will see you responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families by managing enquiries, scheduling bookings and taking payment for appointments.
- You will also be responsible for the diary management of our team of Psychologists whilst keeping a tidy and presentable office environment. For this role, you will need to be available for consistent and regular shifts.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and have the ability to create a positive first impression for our patients and their families each and every interaction.

You will also bring;
- Prior experience in a receptionist’s role
- Prior experience working within the healthcare/medical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone.
