- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Support stockroom operations, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture and help coach new team members.

- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
