**Your Role**:
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be a brand ambassador who brings energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence to every customer interaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take ownership of their performance and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Support stockroom operations, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture and help coach new team members.
- Uphold operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
