**About Us**:
PON Projects is a subsidiary of Comtex that specialise in the design and construction of GPON infrastructure and Communication Services for Aged Care, Hotels, and Residential Estates across Multi Dwelling and Single Dwelling Units.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules for team members and executives.
Organize and maintain office operations and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Support event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and other activities.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in office administration, scheduling, or a related role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
