**About your new role**:
Reporting to the Psych Divisional Manager the Psychological Regional Manager will be responsible for
- Overseeing portfolio management
- Managing the regions KPI’s for consultants and TL’s
- Training and development of staff
- Customer activities
- Staff retention
- Knowledge and understanding of psychological registration pathways
- Recruitment & HR activities
- Strategic planning and forecasting
- Day to day management of the psychological teams across your region
- Direct reports up to 4 TL's within the region
**About you**:
- Minimum one years’ experience leading a psychological Team
- Experience working in occ rehab essential
- Exp completing psychological assessments (workplace assessments and psychological functional assessments)
- Ability to drive strategic thinking across NE, SE and HAH files
- Professional Registration
- Self starter and the desire to develop and lead teams
- Willing to complete a police check prior to commencement
