**NOW HIRING |** A regional manager for an Australian owned women’s retailer. This brand prides itself on being an inspiring, exceptional, and vibrant place to work. Reporting to your State Manager, this leader will drive the training & development of the team to achieve incredible results across a region of 6 store locations. This role is a people focused role with a strong focus on customer service and leadership.

**As a Regional Manager you will**:

- Ensure your team is creating an inclusive & exceptional customer journey in every interaction
- Drive & manage consistent sales targets and KPI's
- Manage wage costs to budget
- Build strong team connections
- Drive an inclusive & positive culture in line with the business model and pillars
- Provide consistent check-ins, training plans, reviews & performance management
- Communicate with your leaders weekly to provide feedback & support
- Identifying succession planning within your region and business
- Provide clear direction on the Visual Merchandising to ensure strong commercial decisions are made 4

**Role requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role such as Cluster, Area, Regional Manager
- Previous fashion retail experience with a strong styling ability
- Proven ability to implement company strategies across a business
- Experience in managing, developing + training a team to success
- The ability build strong relationships with customers and team
- Passionate, positive & self-motivated team player
- Full Driver's license

This role will see you working a Monday to Friday roster with weekend work required in peak periods. There is an option for one admin work from home day per week.
