**The Role**

Reporting to the Founders, the Head of Marketing will lead the wider marketing team across CRM, digital, social, PR, performance and traditional marketing. They will be responsible for formulating and executing the entire marketing strategy with the marketing team ensuring that it aligns with the overarching business strategy. This is very much a strategic role that requires a strong leader who can coach, mentor and develop the marketing team to create a high performance culture within the department. Ultimately, the marketing strategy should naturally create more brand awareness, grow and retain the customer base as well as contribute to the businesses financial goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategies them such that they align with the business objectives.
- Create and monitor an advertisement on various platform keeping the business vision aligned.
- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
- Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
- Manage department budget.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavours competitively.

**About you**

You will have previous fashion, retail or eComm experience, having led internal marketing teams/functions successfully as well as have experience managing external agency partners. You will be an exceptional leader with deep understanding of team dynamics, interpersonal relationships and how to inspire and nurture a high-performance culture. Proven experience managing a substantial marketing budget along with a high level of attention to detail, strong planning, organisation and time management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot.
