**What You Will Be Working On**

Join the dynamic ABN Residential team and become a vital partner to all Residential Building Companies (RBCs). In this role, you will ensure that cost management strategies across the board are not only relevant but highly effective, unlocking the full potential of ABN Group in terms of cost efficiency. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation and success.

Reporting to the Capability Manager WA, your primary responsibility will be to delve into data, identifying trends, issues, and the root causes of inefficient cost inefficiencies, both in office and on site. You'll conduct in-depth investigations and provide valuable insights into systems and processes, pinpointing opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you'll engage in regular site visits, collaborating with stakeholders to uncover business improvements in materials and labour quantification, further enhancing profitability and productivity in our construction operations.
