About the Role
To provide efficient and effective delivery of the Sustaining Capital projects, including Health Technology Equipment (HTE) and Sustaining Infrastructure programs, and provide a service that ensures MSH complies with relevant Acts, Regulations, By-laws, Australian Standards and Queensland Health asset management policies.
Responsible for Priority Capital Works (PCW) and Health Technology Equipment Replacement (HTER) project performance in liaison with the Project Control Groups and the Capital Delivery team to meet HHS and facility objectives within budget constraints.
Development of asset management plans including the Annual Maintenance and Management Plan (AMMP) and the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
