Senior / Lead Project Engineer - Sustaining Capital

Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for Senior and Lead Project Engineers to join our Sustaining Capital Team in our Brisbane office.

About The Role

• Lead and support the delivery of sustaining capital projects across diverse mine sites and commodities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost control with a proactive approach to change and trend management.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent project execution.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in both office and site environments.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical) or equivalent industry experience.
• Mining and mineral processing experience preferred, but not essential.
• EPCM experience, including contractor and site supervision, highly regarded.
• Skilled in project planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost control.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
