**This opportunity**

This is an excellent opportunity to join TPG’s Domains and Hosting Support Team as a Customer Service representative working in a customer-facing team to deliver Domains and Hosting support in Enterprise & Government, including, Legacy iiNet and Westnet customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure Domains and websites meet the industry and company guidelines, including auDa, ICANN
- Control end-to-end accountability and and assist in incident triage with customers, web developers and other specialists, both internally and externally

**Knowledge and experience**
- Experience in a Contact Center Support role
- While we provide full training for all our products, a solid understanding of the Domains and Hosting space is valued greatly
- Knowledge of Rumba and PTS and either Adam B-Sys or SNBS would be an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills
- High customer service focus
