Dial An Angel Perth is seeking an experienced client focused Client Service Coordinator who can work _Monday to Friday - 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. _We are seeking a real Go-Getter who is good with systems and great with people located in Belmont, Perth Western Australia.

We provide childcare, domestic and care services to families and clients in the private, corporate and government sectors. We have been operating in Perth for over 30 years and have gained a reputation for integrity, professionalism and great staff.

The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is the key point of contact between our Support Workers (Angels) and our Clients. Therefore, this position requires enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to work autonomously. We are looking for someone who thrives on being busy, productive and enjoys being a part of a fun and friendly work culture.

The CSC will be required to:

- Client focus: _
- Take Client enquiries for services and convert these to bookings, responding in a welcoming and timely manner
- Provide accurate and relevant information to current and prospective Clients
- Allocate and schedule bookings and manage changes to schedules
- Provide feedback and ideas on opportunities to market and grow business
- Ensure all Client account fees are current and comply with our fees policy
- Perform a range of administrative duties
- Support workers (Angels): _
- Liaise with Clients and Angels
- Liaise with the Manager with regard to Angel’s schedules

The successful applicant will have:

- Client first approach
- The experience of working in a busy environment with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable using data base & systems accurately, timely, and have an eye for detail
- Experience in rostering, scheduling and the capability in the utilisation of internal business systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling the positive promotion of our brand
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to work independently as well as be part of a team
- To maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity

Desirable:

- National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, First Aid training
- MYOB or other accounting software use
- Experience working in the Client focused role
