**Your Opportunity**

**We’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Inventory Solutions Specialist** to join our **South QLD**team on a **Full-time** basis. Based in **Brisbane / Carole Park**, you’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver innovative inventory solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role is hands-on and field-based, with access to a company car, phone, and computer to support your work across.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing tailored inventory solutions
- Implement and manage systems like vending machines, vendor-managed inventory, and onsite storage
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Coach site facilitators and ensure inventory areas are well-maintained
- Travel to customer and regional sites as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer site policies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5-7 years in a similar role, with 3-5 years in the industry
- Secondary education required
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- Commercial acumen and proposal writing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
