**About the role**:
Based in Erskine Park & part of the Inventory department, this position reports to the Inventory Manager to handle inventory stock, accuracy, adhere to client requirements & inform internal & external stakeholders of production activities.
**What you will be doing**:

- Customer Service Support
- Work closely with CS and Ops to ensure all transactions are processed correctly in WMS
- Investigate all UTL’s urgently to ensure no client orders are short supplied
- Administrative tasks are completed at client satisfaction
- Ensure FIFO or batch management is followed where requested
- Issue Customer Reports when requested (Goods Receipt, Goods dispatched etc)
- Inventory Management
- Ensure accurate inventory levels
- Support all stocktakes at direction of the Inventory Manager
- Conduct cycle counts and investigate variances
- Monitor & evaluate zoning strategies and recommend improvements
- Ensure inventory systems are aligned between Bollore and clients
- Reporting and analysis of inventory errors

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Minimum one year experience working as an Inventory Controller or related job
- Experience working in a warehouse 3PL environment with unit level packing
- Detailed knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- High attention to detail & accuracy

Desirable:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical and budgetary skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
