About the Role

As the Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory and administration processes for a QLD Government electronic monitoring contract. You'll play a key role in maintaining stakeholder relationships, overseeing daily inventory operations, and driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • End to end inventory management including dispatching, receiving, inspection for damage, testing functionality, monitoring stock levels, updating records, highlighting themes / issues across the contract

    relating to inventory / devices and recommending changes to pre-positioned inventory levels
  • Develop and implement a robust program in monitoring, analysis, reporting and testing
  • Ensure monitoring centre compliance with processes for service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records
  • Advise with advance notice stock required to be ordered to ensure no insufficiencies or excessive surplus in country
  • Liaising with all stakeholder

  • Excellent administration, reporting, time management and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong relationship management and engagement with clients
  • Have an analytical mind, investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed computer skills (especially excel)
  • Be focused on results, ability to prioritise problems / issues and generate solutions
  • Committed to quality service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Experience in logistics, coordinating or scheduling within energy, oil & gas and minerals would be beneficial
