**Job Title**:
Admin Officer (with Receptionist, Sales and MYOB Expertise)
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
**Sales Support**:
- Respond to basic sales inquiries.
- Process phone & in-office orders.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Provide basic product or service information to prospective clients.
**MYOB & Administration**:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and receipts using MYOB.
- Support the accounts team with ad hoc tasks as required.
**General Office Support**:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an admin officer, receptionist, office assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic sales processes and customer service.
- Proficiency in MYOB (or similar accounting software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a positive attitude.
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a sales team.
- Certificate or diploma in business administration, accounting, or related field (preferred).
**Reports to**: Office Manager / Sales Manager / Accounts Manager (as applicable)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
