**A snippet about the role**

You will provide service management & will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships, support technology, support proactive improvements & overall service improvement programs. You enjoy liaising with senior level execs and responding to service concerns and ensuring the restoration of the critical service issues.

You’re passionate about clients and are motivated by their success. Time management is your superpower and you make sure to deliver on time effectively and efficiently.

You are the legendary at managing key relationships including client and vendor engagements. You enjoy working as an advisor and are approachable and trustworthy.

SLA’s are your jam and reporting and continuous improvement are in your every heartbeat to make the service delivery the absolute best it can be.

Project and process management covering deployments, migrations and increasing customer satisfaction & retention is what keeps you coming in to work every day You enjoy managing the operations of the Service Desk team & love to coach and mentor - it comes as second nature to you. Driving that team culture is extremely important to you and working with other team leads to ensure best practice & a happy team.

**Skills we are hunting for**
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications
- Industry experience working with the ITIL framework.
- Certification in multiple vendor technology areas (Microsoft/VMware/Cisco/Citrix)
- Leading people in an IT environment and driving a collaborative, high performance culture
- Service reporting, sponsoring and chairing service delivery meetings with clients
- Project management and client deployments
- Technical support/engineering IT services
- Service Delivery and Management within the IT sector
- Management of IT projects
