We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced workshop technician to step into this position and provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring service repairs are completed in a timely and effective manner. This position will be based in Airport Park, Adelaide.

**The Position**

The Workshop Technician works in a close knit team and is responsible for providing market leading support to customers by carrying out service repairs to product in the workshop, by ensuring service repairs are completed in a timely and effective manner.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Complete appliance conversions as necessary
- Carry out quality service repairs and provide quotations to customers for appliance repairs, where appliances have been delivered to the Workshop.
- Conduct refurbishment / repair of returned product, in an efficient manner achieving KPI targets set
- Pre-commission of new or special products
- Provide quotations for the purpose of insurance claims or assessing viability of repair
- Ad hoc tasks

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum electrical license mandatory but A grade preferred
- Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain one
- Prior experience as a fully qualified technician
- Effective troubleshooting experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Skilful in proper use of tools, equipment and gauges to ensure optimal use
- Ability to prioritise tasks, excellent time management skills.
- Ability to undertake physical duties including lifting, twisting, turning, standing etc.
- Exposure to domestic appliance parts and/or service industry is advantageous.
