Agricultural Engineering Company Looking for Fabrication Technician

**Your new company**
Our client is an SA-based agricultural engineering firm dedicated to the design and fabrication of agricultural and viticultural equipment. As their workload is increasing dramatically, they’re looking for a Fabrication Technician to join their workshop

**Your new role**
If you like wine and bending metal, this job is for you. You’ll be part of team designing, fabricating and maintaining various items of agricultural equipment for wineries. Your role is primarily workshop-based, with occasional work out in the fields doing repairs on equipment. You’ll take pride in your craftsmanship and the quality and efficiency of you work, by organising each job thoroughly and keeping to that schedule. As Fabrication Technician you’ll also be responsible for the steel materials inventory. During Vintage, you’ll be on call for after-hours repairs, to support the increased seasonal work.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualified Trade Certificate (Fitter & Turner/Toolmaker).
- Sound mechanical knowledge of Agriculture and/or Viticulture equipment
- Experience with hydraulic systems and fittings.
- Ability to work autonomously.
