What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled team of technicians to achieve their best.
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and industry best practice.
  • Partner with the Service Manager to manage resources and deliver on departmental goals.
  • Apply your technical expertise to support and guide the team with complex repairs and diagnostics.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid background in workshop or service management, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Qualified automotive technician with a minimum of 5 years' post-trade experience.
  • Confident English communication skills and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Permanent residency in Australia.
  • Experience with Kia, Suzuki, MG, Mitsubishi or LDV will be highly regarded.
