**Your new role awaits**:
As a Coates Major Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate a pipeline of business opportunities that will drive revenue growth across the construction markets. Understanding your key stakeholder’s needs and the market in which they operate is crucial to successfully delivering mutually beneficial outcomes and maintaining valuable relationships. This role is based out of Dandenong and will be responsible for a network across VIC

Other roles and responsibilities will include:

- Identify and implement strategic initiatives for new sales growth opportunities
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with new and existing stakeholders
- Continuously research target markets and advise accordingly of risk and opportunity
- Work with internal business teams to develop and deliver strategic plans
- Persistently pursue all business and sales leads and opportunities

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar senior Major Account Management position
- Experience within the mining, industrial services, construction or machinery sales sector
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Commercial negotiation skills, with evidence of having applied critical thinking
- Persuasive influencing and negotiation skills and strategic planning
