As a Front of House Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with high-level administration and customer service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative and reception tasks.
- Client management and sales.
- Maintain internal and external communications.
- Assist with scheduling and liaising with instructors.
- Manage online presence, including website and social media updates.
- Generate regular reports to support studio operations.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of our studio newsletters, requiring a flair for content creation and marketing.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience in sales, administration, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, G-Suite, and preferred experience with MindBody and Mailchimp.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing busy reception areas.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Competent in touch typing.
- Interest and skill in content creation for marketing purposes, especially in the health and wellness sector.
- First aid & CPR Certificate is desirable.

**Salary and Working Hours**
- Competitive salary based on experience.
**- **Evening work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, totalling approximately 15 hours per week, with potential for career progression within our dynamic team.
