**Position Description**
- The Receptionist & Administration Assistant will be responsible for reception and administrative tasks as allocated by Administration Manager.

**Immediate Supervisor**
- Administration Manager

**Key Accountabilities**

The Student Services and Administration Manager will be responsible for:

- working with and supporting faculty, students and staff to support the day
- to-day running of the Academy;
- providing a student-centred, customer-focused front reception;
- disseminating communication to the NAPS community;
- maintaining data on the school database;
- filing;
- maintain Office and campus area;
- manage Resources for the general operation of the Academy;
- Keep track of office supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- assist in the planning and execution of various events such as orientations, and faculty meetings.
- Support the finance department by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- attend Fire warden trainings and providing First Aid; and
- other administrative projects as required.

**Key Selection Criteria**

**Essential**
- relevant qualifications in office administration or related area;
- excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task;
- flexibility with a strong student/customer focus;
- ability to work in a team;
- sound computing/office skills with experience in Microsoft Office; and
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain).

**Desirable**
- Experience in the higher education sector; and
- Second language.

Pay: $42,760.00 - $71,097.37 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
