We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to the GM of Technology to join our team here at Kmart and Target on a 12 Month, Fixed Term Basis. In this role you will be providing critical and professional administrative support to the General Manager and assistance to wider team as required in line with Kmart Group values.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Coordinate meetings and functions including responsibility of attendance, preparation of agenda, presentations and papers, attendance and recording of notes/actions/minutes
- Ensure a high standard of service is maintained and enhanced across all levels of communications whilst representing the General Manager internally and externally by displaying a friendly, responsive, courteous and effective interaction
- Support the General Manager with the preparation of papers, reports, policy documents and proposals for consideration as required.
- Coordinate all travel bookings both domestic and international, in line with the Kmart Group’s travel policy
- Management of people onboarding, across two major technology functions and the supporting administration
- Support with team member change requests via SuccessFactors
- Management and reconciling of corporate credit cards, petty cash reimbursements and approvals (FlexiPurchase)
Lead the Kmart Group vision, strategy and values within the team and across the organisation

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
Other qualifications, experience and knowledge will include:

- Extensive experience in providing high level C-Suite support at Executive Assistant level in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally with a minimum of 8 years experience;
- Strong organisational skills and planning skills with the ability to balance competing demands to prioritise and achieve deadlines.
- The ability to be curious, show initiative and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Business Administration degree or qualification is preferred.
- Advanced skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Experience using SuccessFactors desirable and experience working in a hybrid environment
