Must have previous experience within wealth management in a client service support role
**Your new role**
The key function of the role is supporting two Financial Advisors with client administration related to financial planning. Typical role duties include:
- Facilitate all administrative client queries
- Client on-boarding, including preparation of account documentation and creation of client records
- Prepare client valuations, asset allocations and reporting
- Assist in client asset transfers, including cash, both domestically and internationally
- Process and monitor stock settlements, including following up with clients regarding outstanding funds
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll have the ability to deal confidently with Financial Advisors and their clients in a high-volume, time-critical environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of the financial advice process, financial markets and product and industry trends.
Non-negotiable
- Fluent mandarin (written and verbal)
- A finance related degree
- Experience in client service support
- CPA/CFA is a bonus
