We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Service Associate to join our Service Delivery team, based in our Abbotsford Yarra Falls office. If you’re looking for a job that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, you’ve found the right role.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Client Service Associate role contributes to the management of client activity within the team, with the outcome being delivery of a high-quality service to clients and their employees in order to achieve/exceed business objectives and goals.

The Client Service Associate will work closely with the Leadership group and internal/external stakeholders to ensure all functions and activities of their client accounts are anticipated, actioned and when required, reviewed in order to meet strict deadlines.

These functions include responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries, maintenance of the employee register, reporting, communications, processing sales, transfers, exercises, terminations, purchases and other corporate transactions.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Responding to enquiries from share plan participants, and maintaining the employee register, including static details and unit balance transactions
- Maintain reporting, calendar of events, procedure documents, contact center information repository and personal skills matrix
- Accountable for meeting service levels through timely and efficient completion of work as requested by the Client Service Manager
- Meet all internal benchmarks and client requirements
- Ensure positive relationships are maintained with all internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identifying and recommending ideas that contribute to the continuous improvement of the business

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Ability to manage changing priorities, a great communicator and strong time management skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- High level of initiative, flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products - specifically Excel
- Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and or financial services will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
