Global investment bank looking for an experienced client service associate to join their dynamic team

**Your new company**
This company are prestigious global bank who specialise in Investment Banking and Wealth Management. The role is within the Wealth Management business, which services individuals, families and institutions investing in both domestic and international markets, including equities, fixed income and derivative investments, financial planning, margin lending and managed funds.

**Your new role**
Your role as a Client Services Associate will support Financial Advisors and will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

- Review of all client account information and ensure they are in line with AML/CTF and KYC regulations
- Complete IPO and corporate action allocations
- Assist in preparation of client valuations, asset allocations and reporting as required
- Action stock settlements on behalf of the client and follow up as required
- Perform client on-boarding and ensure creation and maintenance of client account documentation is accurate and in line with compliance and regulatory standards
- Support advisors as required and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, law, accounting or similar
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar environment, wealth management or financial planning background is preferred
- RG146 is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of broking platforms is desirable
