**About the Role**

As one of centralized Inspection Team member in PIA, the property inspector are responsible to ensuring all managed residential projects have been well maintained every 6 months. Routine Inspection Report shall be updated on time and communicate with property manager as well. Our business promotes learning and development career growth towards either Inspection Specialist and/or Property Officer/Property Manager.

**Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Conduct property inspection [Including routine, in-go, out-go, and maintenance inspection].
- Report to property managers to ensure the property are in good condition.
- Check repairs and maintenance items and report to property managers and relevant parties.
- Follow up on defects and ensure defects items are fixed on time.
- Service enquiry from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance, with company policies and procedures.
- Australia Driver's license (NSW).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work well in a team and also be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- May require work on Saturday depending on projects, Routine Day Off (RDO) applies.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency preferred.
